With an abundance of flora and fauna, Liberty Grove is supported by a dedicated team of full‑time gardeners who manage all landscaping and horticultural needs across the Estate. Their work ensures that our parks, reserves, streetscapes, and communal gardens remain healthy, attractive, and consistent with the high presentation standards expected within the community.

A weekly quota of gardening hours is allocated to maintain regular upkeep, with this allocation doubled during the summer months to accommodate faster plant growth and increased maintenance demands. This structured approach ensures that seasonal pressures are managed effectively and that the Estate’s green spaces remain well cared for throughout the year.

The gardening team is directly managed by the Estate Manager (Loop Property Services), ensuring coordinated planning, clear oversight, and responsive management of all grounds maintenance activities. This integrated approach allows the team to address routine tasks, seasonal works, and resident‑related requests efficiently and consistently.
