Liberty Grove prioritises the safety and well-being of its residents by providing onsite security personnel seven days a week. These dedicated professionals ensure consistent monitoring and support across the community, fostering a secure and peaceful environment.
During the high-demand summer period, when activity within the estate increases, additional security staff may be deployed to maintain the same standard of safety. This proactive approach helps to effectively address the needs of the community during busier times, ensuring residents can continue to enjoy their surroundings with peace of mind.
The presence of security personnel, coupled with seasonal reinforcements, underscores Liberty Grove’s commitment to creating a safe and welcoming living experience for all.
The NSW Police have created brochures and resources to help residents protect their homes, vehicles, and valuables from theft. These materials include tips on securing doors and windows, using security systems, and conducting home security assessments. You can find more information on the NSW Police website or access their home protection brochure.
While conducting patrols, Liberty Grove security officers actively monitor community activities to maintain a safe and harmonious environment. Their presence is instrumental in minimising disturbances and fostering peace throughout the estate. They work diligently to ensure that residents feel secure and comfortable at all times.
If they encounter behaviour that breaches the community's by-laws, a by-law breach notice will be issued. These notices are designed to address violations swiftly and effectively, serving as a deterrent to prevent future occurrences. By enforcing these measures, the security team contributes to the integrity of the estate's rules and the overall well-being of its residents.
Furthermore, these patrols reflect Liberty Grove’s ongoing commitment to upholding high standards of safety and respect within the community, creating an atmosphere where residents can thrive and enjoy their surroundings without disruption.
Liberty Grove security officers conduct regular parking patrols to enforce community by-laws and maintain order across the estate. These patrols ensure parking areas remain accessible and free from disruptions for both residents and visitors.
If a violation is identified—such as a resident’s vehicle using a visitor parking space, exceeding the 8-hour limit, or lacking the required permit—a by-law breach notice will be issued. These notices are effective in addressing non-compliance and preventing future infractions. However, persistent disregard for the parking rules may result in the vehicle being clamped, and an administrative fee will be charged to the associated lot for its removal.
These measures are implemented to uphold a fair and well-organised parking system, ensuring the smooth functioning of the community and its amenities. Compliance with the rules supports the harmony and accessibility of Liberty Grove Estate.
